• Welcome and introduction.
• Practical subfloor preparation morning led by external subfloor manufacturer.
• Covering different types of subfloor, moisture control and smoothing compounds.
• Plywood and timber installation to training bays.
Day 2 schedule
• 45 degree tile installation with perimeter border.
• Incorporating design strips for grout effect and design borders.
• Demonstration of scribing and templating techniques.
Day 3 schedule
• Introduction to herringbone: setting out and installation.
• Herringbone designs with borders and obstacles (rad pipes, toilets, curved shower trays, etc).
• Overview of Versilay Instashield and Versilay Classic.
• Demonstration of loose lay and rigid core (click-locking) floors.
