**Art Select and Korlok Select rigid core product feature a 5G® locking mechanism backed by our HoldFast™ warranty, which matches the commercial warranty of the product – 20 years for Art Select and 15 years for Korlok Select.
Karndean Designflooring will warranty the 5G® locking mechanism against joint failure to the original purchaser for the time periods of the product warranties, provided Karndean Designflooring installation instructions were followed and the flooring was used as intended and recommended. Joint failure is defined as complete loss of connection at seams that had been locked together by the 5G® locking mechanism. If joint failure occurs within the time covered by the product warranty from date of purchase, Karndean Designflooring will repair or provide replacement materials. Karndean Designflooring accepts no responsibility for faulty installation or maintenance.
The HoldFast™ warranty does not cover damage that occurred from improper shipping, handling or storage; installation that did not adhere to Karndean Designflooring installation instructions; abuse.
